Anderson, SC (April 2025) —Kristen McClay joins team at Dominion Senior Living of Anderson as Life Enrichment Assistant in their Memory Care neighborhood. With over 30 years of experience in the senior living industry, ranging from skilled nursing and rehab to holding positions in Resident Engagement, McClay has brought meaning, joy and the highest quality of care to each resident.
As Life Enrichment Assistant, McClay plays an integral part in cultivating engaging activities in Dominion’s Purposeful Day Program, which seeks to bring fresh and fun experiences and opportunities for residents navigating the difficulties of memory loss.
McClay states, “I love working with seniors. I hope to create a comfortable, meaningful space for our memory care residents to be able to continue living a life full of purpose. Being able to provide this opportunity for seniors is priceless!”

In her free time, McClay loves to spend time with husband, Kevin, and their family which has grown from three children to also include a daughter-in-law and three grandsons. She also loves to travel, but when she is at home, she can often be found crafting and refinishing furniture.
