Essential COVID-19 Updates

3/31/20 Update

All Dominion Senior Living Communities are still on Full Quarantine restrictions.

You will be notified once the quarantine has been lifted. As Dominion continues our commitment to putting our residents first, we are complying with the CDC and CMS recommendations. We wanted to share some media updates of how Dominion is coping with the COVID-19 pandemic as a company, and in our communities.

3/13/20 Update

There is nothing we take more seriously than ensuring the physical, spiritual, and emotional health of both our residents and team members, and it is at the very core of our vision statement of “Honoring God through Service to Seniors”. We currently do not have any reported cases of the COVID-19 virus in any Dominion Senior Living Community. For the protection of our residents, team members, and friends, we have decided to take additional protective measures by limiting public access to all of our communities. As of 4:00 PM EST, on 3/13/2020, All Dominion Senior Living Communities are on Full Quarantine restrictions. You will be notified once the quarantine has been lifted.

Quarantine Restrictions:

  • Only team members and medical professionals are allowed entry into the community.
  • Residents are only permitted to leave the community for medical evaluation.
  • If you choose to take a resident out of the community, you must keep the resident until quarantine has been lifted or the resident has tested negative for the COVID-19 virus within 24 hours of returning to the community.

We understand that connecting with family members is incredibly important, and there are a variety of other ways you might consider connecting with them. These may include telephone, email, text, or through Skype or Facetime.

Please let us know how we can support you with this.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your local Community Executive Director.
