Latest Dominion Community Opened in Anderson, South Carolina with the Anderson Chamber of Commerce
The Dominion Senior Living team celebrated on December 6th, 2018 with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Over 400 community members were present including the Anderson Chamber of Commerce. The first Dominion assisted living and memory care community in South Carolina, is located at 3461 North Highway 81. This event marked the official start of operations for Dominion Senior Living of Anderson, a 44,000-square-foot, $9.5 million senior living community. During the ceremony, Lindsey Daugherty, Principal; Peter Hall, COO, and Chris Pepper, Assistant Executive DIrector, gave thanks to the Dominion Development Team and the community for their support and dedication to our seniors. Just last year during the groundbreaking Anderson Campus, dedicated the grounds through prayer and placed a Bible in the foundation of the building with company leaders’ handwritten prayers. This thoughtful action shows that their commitment to faith is in every part of the community’s development. A faith-based community with a distinct mission of honoring God by serving seniors in a hospitable, loving environment supported by high-quality staff, Dominion Senior Living of Anderson will be a two-story community offering 45 assisted living and 15 memory care apartments with comfortable, warm interiors for residents to enjoy, and will be unlike any other senior living community in the area.

Representatives from the Dominion Senior Living corporate office included Peter Hall, partner and COO of Dominion Senior Living; Drew Miller, project manager; Kim Shallahamer, regional director of community relations; Steve Hall, Owner, and Will Otis, operations specialist Local attendees included Anderson Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors; Terrence Roberts, mayor of Anderson; and local media representatives.
