JACKIE SMITH RETURNS TO DOMINION SENIOR LIVING OF FLORENCE AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Florence, Ky. (April 2024) — Dominion Senior Living of Florence welcomes back Jackie Smith as Executive Director. Smith is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has over 14 years of experience serving seniors.
Smith has held various positions in the senior living industry. She started her career in senior living in high school as a dining services aide and served in other positions including a nurse’s aide throughout college, an Admissions/Marketing Director, a Business Office Director and an Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing facility. In 2019, Jackie helped open the Florence community as the Executive Director but left after the birth of her third child.
From a young age, Smith has had a heart for serving seniors and has always felt that it was her calling. Originally from Fairfield, OH., she graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her bachelor’s in healthcare administration. She obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license in 2010.

Jackie and Jason, her husband of 15 years, have three children: Hallie, Hunter and Hayes. She loves to go boating on the lake in summer, snow skiing in the winter and traveling with her family.
